how do you dispose ofpaclitaxel coated balloons in peripheral angioplasty?

This is a chemotherapy drug, the manufacturers say there is no danger but how should we be treating this ballon post inflation and should it be disposed of the same way as syringes that have held other chemotherapy drugs?
